Refugee Outreach Club Inc. is proud to be partnered with the Heritage Learning Program which is funded in part by the Burundian American Association and Burlington High School.

R.O.C. Inc. provides funding for multilingual teachers in the Heritage Learning Program. It also provides training and support for high school tutors and creates a unique opportunity for cultural exchange for local youth.

All six of the Vermont R.O.C. chapters send students every Saturday to Burlington High School where they participate in peer-peer mentorship tutoring.

Middlebury College R.O.C. chapter is the first college chapter to start our new college readiness program. All college chapters of R.O.C. Inc. now and in the future will be required to engage in bi-weekly tutoring programs with refugee students designed to help prepare students for college. These sessions include: ACT/SAT tutoring, college searches, college applications, and financial aid.
